How would you describe yourself in 60 words?

Irish bioentrepreneur (I can do it in two words!).

What do people not realize about you until they’ve known you for a while?

I make an unhealthy amount of smoothies.

What is an unusual habit or an absurd thing that you love?

I’m over-enthusiastic about most things…

What new belief, behavior, or habit has most improved your life?

Planking while brushing my teeth.

Are there any quotes you think of often or live your life by?

We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars.

— Oscar Wilde

What is the book you’ve given most as a gift, and why?

Sally Rooney’s Normal People. Growing up in a little Irish village, it’s rare for a novel to feel so culturally close to home and to evoke so many memories of youth and romance.

What purchase of $100 or less has most positively impacted your life?

Electric toothbrush (game-changer for planking).

What about the Junto excites you most?

Chinwags with passionate and excitable people.

If any of my answers resonated, I’d love to hear from you. You can shoot me a note here.
