By purchasing your course, template or any product from Everyday Entrepreneur, you are granted one revocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to the product(s) You have purchased. If you violate this license by giving or selling a copy of our template(s)/product(s) to anyone other, or if you imply that anyone who gets access to our template/product(s) has the right to use it for his/her/its commercial purposes, we reserve the right to invoice you for the licenses you have gifted to others and revoke your access to our template(s)/product(s) permanently.

This document (the “PTC”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which the services provided through the www.everydayentrepreneur.co domain name (the “Site”) and offered by EE & CO (the “Services”) are to be paid and invoiced. EE & Co. (“us”, “we” or the “Company”) is an American entity with registered address at 520 N Kingsbury St (USA), and EIN (American tax identification number) 83-3372092. We reserve at any time the right to require payment of fees for certain or all Services. You shall pay all applicable fees, as described on the Site, in connection with those of our Services selected by you. We reserve the right to change the price and to institute new charges at any time upon notice to you (i.e. on the website and/or by email).
By continuing to use or access the Services after such changes come into effect, you agree to be bound by the new or increased charges.
Any fees paid hereunder are non-refundable.
Subject to applicable legal requirements, failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of your Account, as this term is further described in the Service Terms and Conditions, and may further result in a loss of your data associated with the use of the Services.
The prices for the Services are final and include other taxes, where applicable.
Payment of the Services is to be made by credit or debit card. Payments are processed by means of a third party, which is certified in accordance with PCI Level 1 requirements.
4. Invoicing and reimbursements
The Services are invoiced in advance, with monthly or annual frequency, depending on the period contracted. You expressly authorize us to issue electronic invoices for the Services, that will be sent to the email address you provided when creating your Account.
Fees are nonrefundable. We will not refund any amount nor grant any credit for contracts that are cancelled before reaching their end date.
These Payment Terms and Conditions are drafted both in plain and legal versions. In case of any discrepancies, the legal version included herein shall prevail and take precedence with respect to the plain version.

- Cancellation of your subscription – withdrawal right
The Services are available upon completion of the signup process and creation of your Account (except for those functionalities subject to any of the subscription plans provided by us). By purchasing a product and expressly requesting the Services, you waive your withdrawal right, if applicable.
2. Provision of the Services
Once a product has successfully purchased, Services will be available and ready to use on the dates given. If you are using the Services as a consumer, you are entitled to cancel and withdraw from these STC and the Services under the terms and conditions detailed in the section attached to the specific product.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
