Any curious or enterprising individual who’s hungry for more. It’s designed to give you immediate access to our phenomenal collective from wherever you may be in the world.

The EE membership solves for friendship, mentorship, therapy, business advice, world-class vacations, dining experiences and memories while allowing you to grow as a professional.

We view entrepreneurship not just as a vehicle to starting companies, but rather as an approach to life. Our definition of entrepreneurship is those who are simply committed to pursuing a goal without regard to their current resources.

What’s the ROI of membership?

What’s the ROI of a basketball? To LeBron James, it’s a multi-billion-dollar empire, and to most, it’s a torn hamstring and decades of broken dreams. The real question is: what will you make of it?

We’re (blissfully) unaware of any membership in the world capable of transforming your mind, body, spirit and pocket. Most memberships focus on one thing (e.g. gym, golf, creatives, tech), whereas we focus on your holistic development as an everyday entrepreneur.

As an EE member, you get to travel, experience, learn and build something greater than yourself while surrounded by some of the most incredible individuals in the world today.

How do EE retreats work?

We host retreats quarterly for the entire EE community. Retreats occur over a weekend (Thursday-Sunday) either in the United States or overseas. We assemble at beautiful hotels that represent unassuming luxury and possess independent magic.

You are responsible for your travel to/from the location, and we take care of almost everything else. Expect top-quality wine, chef’s table dinners, world-class speakers, early morning workouts, immersive activities and kickass conversation.

Photographers are also on-site at each retreat to capture your best moments, so dress to impress and make sure you bring a smile.

How do I join?

What's your refund policy?

Please note that all subscriptions are strictly non-refundable. If you require more information regarding cancellations and refunds, please contact cornelius@everydayentrepreneur.co.

When will my renewal gift arrive?
Once you renew your EE membership, you should receive your renewal gift within 14 business days. If you are based in Africa, Europe, South America, Asia, Australia or New Zealand, your gift will be sent separately. 

Please allow three to four weeks from the receipt of your membership. Heavier parcels will take longer to arrive. If you do not receive your gifts as specified above, please email cornelius@everydayentrepreneur.co

Why should I subscribe?

What we decide to read, who we choose to listen to, and how we engage with ideas is the most profound decision we make every day as human beings. And yet, many of us have outsourced our most crucial developmental function to influencers, algorithms and half-baked internet synthesisers.

EE exists for all those who want to make up their own mind. We’re built to provide a live medium for curious and contrarian thinkers to grapple with our generation’s most compelling ideas and stories.

How can I access 1727?

You can access your account by signing in using the email address and password you were sent when ordering your membership.

Can I buy EE journals as gifts?

If you’re a subscriber, yes. Just email cornelius@everydayentrepreneur.co with your request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Journals are available in black only for gift purchases.

What do I do if my password isn’t working?

Reset it via the login page.

When does my subscription start?

All subscriptions commence from the date of purchase for one year. For your convenience, they will be renewed automatically. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel via the Stripe link in your first invoice.

Select manage my account and select the cancellation option in Stripe. Please note that the cancellation request must be submitted at least two weeks before your next payment is due.

Will I be contacted when each issue is published?

No. However, when accessing your account, you will be able to see the publishing dates of the issues covered by your subscription, including the current edition as well as any special editions.

How does EE Travel work?

After purchasing a membership, you will receive a username and password to EE. This will be your login information for our travel platform, which has an IOS and Android App.

You will have access to negotiated fares and unpublished inventory for flights, hotels and car rentals worldwide. In addition, you’ll also be able to receive a slew of benefits that are credit-card agnostic during your booking process.

You’ll have 24/7 phone, email and chat support from a dedicated EE travel agent. This service is covered by paying a small ‘trip’ fee, but all changes are included. So, should anything on your itinerary change, you’re but a phone call away from a human being.

What's the ROI of EE Travel?

Time, money, and a hell of a lot of headspace. Independent of a premium credit card with an expensive annual fee.

Even if you’re a sophisticated traveller, it’s almost impossible to escape the perils of post-pandemic travel. What good is elite status if you still have to wait hours to speak to an agent and are still at constant risk of cancellation?

What can I expect during 1-1 Advisory Calls?

Think of these 1-1 just like your best-ever Office Hours at University. A fast-paced, intimate, valuable deep dive into your journey with EE’s founder, Cornelius McGrath.

Except we’re not just diving into your work but taking a more holistic look at how you’re tracking towards the life you want, the biggest questions/concerns you have, and how the EE community can continue to propel you forward every 90 days.

What is bibliotherapy?

Bibliotherapy is a creative arts therapy modality that involves storytelling and reading specific texts to pursue growth. The idea is to guide you to eye-opening but often elusive works of literature, both past and present. Chapters of books that truly have the power to enchant, enrich and inspire.

In your quarterly consultation, you’ll explore your relationship with books so far, and your unique reader persona will be sketched out. You will be guided to books that can put their finger on feelings that you may often have had but perhaps never understood so clearly before; books that open new perspectives and re-enchant the world for you.

You will complete a questionnaire in advance of the session, and your full prescription will follow within a couple of days.

What is the EE Food & Wine Guide?

EE’s Food & Wine Guide is meant to serve as members’ compass for first-class hospitality experiences as they travel throughout the globe. Co-created with our hospitality’s partners all over the globe, the guide will give EE members access to a suite of rare:

  1. Knowledge (e.g. the best all-natural wine under $30 for a first date)
  2. Experiences (e.g. best dive bars on a Tuesday in NOLA, world-class dining establishments on a budget, all-natural wine shops local to you)
  3. Discounts (e.g. secret words, coins + member benefits thanks to our partners)

Our hope is to make the guide a physical product within the next 12-24 months. We can’t wait.

What EE products do I get discounts on?

EE Members get 10% of EE products and events. These can be applied to any experience (e.g. retreats, wine tastings, chef’s table dinners), training programs (e.g. Breakouts) as well as any one-off events (e.g. artist nights) or products (e.g. Leuchtturm1917 journal) if they’re on sale.

When you sign-up for your membership, you’ll receive a special discount code that you can apply at all EE checkouts.

Discounts cannot be applied to membership fees or scholarships.

How do EE's partner discounts work?

EE has select hospitality, food and wine partners who provide special benefits to their services for EE members (e.g. speciality room rates, discounts, free shipping etc.). These relationships are designed to make your hard-earned dollars go farther in the arenas of your life you invest in the most.

How do I access EE Services?

Each service provider will have a link to their site where you can purchase directly from their company page. Our experts today are elite trainers and travel guides but will soon encompass designers, artists, fashion stylists and personal finance coaches.

What makes 1727 different from other magazines?

At 1727, our readers (consumers) and writers (source) are constantly communicating with each other. Inside and out of our quarterly retreats. Why? Because that’s how ideas actually grow and get sharper; through conversation and debate, not retweets.

And that’s what we’re here to do: grow ideas. Not publish magazines. After all, conversation is the true medium of innovation. Not technology. Great conversations are a lost art. But also a once in a lifetime experience when done right. 

We’ve figured out how to get them right by creating the space for our readers (consumers), writers (source) and speakers (inspiration) to get together once a quarter.

Why can't I just buy the magazine?

Because content is a commodity. A one-way conversation with yourself. We’re here to provide community and intimacy – the two things we believe the world needs most.

Our magazine comes out four times per year, and we get together quarterly for hours-long conversations on the best topics of the day. The relationships and conversations that Junto retreats provide take the ideas you have to the next level. 

The most prominent asset of any publication is its readers. And we fundamentally believe that the world is desperately looking for ways to connect with a premium evergreen publication brand in a live, physical and, experiential way. Simply put: a stand-alone magazine does not achieve that goal.
